Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար էլմար Մամեդյարովը համարում է, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման վերջին 12 ամիսների ընթացքում առաջընթաց չի գրանցվել: Այդ կարծիքը նա հայտնել է շաբաթ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի ամբիոնից ելույթ ունենալիս, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Հարկ է նշել, որ անցած տարվա ՄԱԿ-ի ԳԱ համաքաղաքական քննարկումից առ այսօր որեւէ առաջընթաց չի գրանցվել հակամարտության քաղաքական կարգավորման հարցում՝ չնայած երկու պետությունների առաջնորդների անմիջական շփմանն ու ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումներին վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում»,-գործակալությունը մեջբերում է Մամեդյարովի խոսքերը: Նրա կարծիքով՝ դրա պատճառը «Հայաստանի ղեկավարության անկեղծ հետաքրքրվածության վառ արտահայտված բացակայությունն է խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցում»:

«Երեւանն ընդհակառակը, իր հայտարարություններով եւ գործողություններով ձախողում է այդ գործընթացն ու խոչընդոտում հնարավորինս արագ խաղաղ լուծում գտնելու փորձերին»,-հավելել է նախարարը: «Ադրբեջանը դեռեւս միտված է հակամարտության քաղաքական կարգավորմանը հնարավորինս արագ հասնելուն»,-ընդգծել է Մամեդյարովը: Նա նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ «բանակցային գործընթացը չի կարող հավերժ լինել», ինչպես նաեւ չպետք է «սահմանափակի ինքնապաշտպանության անքակտելի իրավունքը՝ համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության եւ միջազգային իրավունքի»:
