ՀԱԿ-ը շարունակում է «վերադառնալ»
POLITICSԵրեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Կենտրոն համայնքի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար է նշանակվել Ավետ Պողոսյանը։ Նա հանրային լայն շրջանակների համար անծանոթ կերպար է, չնայած քաղաքական գործընթացներին ակտիվ հետևողների համար հայտնություն չէ։
Նշենք, որ նա ՀԱԿ վարչության անդամ է և Կոնգրեսի աշխատանքների ակտիվ մասնակիցներից մեկը, որը նաև ընդգրկված է եղել 2013 թվականի՝ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ՀԱԿ ցուցակում (8-րդ համար)։
Ժամանակին Պողոսյանն ակտիվ պայքարում էր կուտակային կենսաթոշակի դեմ՝ դա համարելով անընդունելի ու անթույլատրելի (գործող իշխանությունները փաստացի վավերացրեցին կուտակայինը), քանիցս անդրադարձել է ՀՀ-ից կապիտալի արտահոսքի աղետալի միտումների մասին (ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարի ՀՀ-ից կապիտալի արտահոսքի չափերը եղել են աննախադեպ՝ հասնելով 295 մլն դոլարի):
Իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում Պողոսյանը բավականին ոգևորված խոսել է «կարմիր գծերը» հանելու անհրաժեշտության և դրանց կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի մասին։ Հետաքրքիր է, թե նոր պաշտոնում ինչպես է նա կյանքի կոչելու իր մոտեցումները:
Դա , իհարկե, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Սակայն փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ Պողոսյանը հերթական լևոնտերպետրոսյանականն է, որը պաշտոն է ստանում Փաշինյանի թիմիում, այսինքն, ի դեմս Կենտրոնի նոր թաղապետի, մենք ականատես ենք լինում ՀԱԿ-ի դիրքերի հերթական ամրապնդմանը նոր իշխանության մեջ։
Ի դեպ, Պողոսյանի նշանակումը բավականին հետաքրքիր է դիտարկել նաև այն պրիզմայով, որ վերջին օրերին անընդհատ շրջանառվում էր Միլանում Փաշինյանի բացահայտ ակնարկը, որ 1996-ի ընտրությունների կեղծումը ՀՀ ընտրակեղծարարության «չարիքի» սկիզբն էր։
Այնպես որ, չի բացառվում, որ քաղաքապետի միջոցով վարչապետն այս նշանակմամբ պարզապես լևոնականների «խաթրն է առնում»։
