POLITICSՎերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավոր Մխիթար Պապոյանը հեռացավ խորհրդակցական սենյակ՝ դատախազների միջնորդության վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելու։ Որոշումը կհրապարակվի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, ժամը 16.00-ին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ դատախազ Գեւորգ Բաղդասարյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ի նիստի ժամանակ միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել դատավորի ինքնաբացարկի մասին։ Դատախազը կասկածի տակ էր առել դատավորի օբյեկտիվությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ խոսքը ոչ թե դատավորի օբյեկտիվության, այլ արտաքին գործոնների մասին է, որոնք կասկածի տակ են դնում բողոքի վերաբերյալ դատավորի որոշումը։ Դատախազը վկայակոչել է ԶԼՄ-ում ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսի հրապարակումը, ինչպես նաեւ դատավորի ներկայացրած տեղեկությունը հանցագործության մասին։ Խոսքը ոմն Արտակ Գալստյանի հրապարակման մասին է՝ կալանքից Քոչարյանին ազատ արձակելու միջնորդության պատրաստմանը դատավորի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ։ Դատավոր Պապոյանն ավելի ուշ հերքեց իր մասնակցությունը եւ տեղեկացրեց հանցագործության՝ զրպարտության մասին։ Գործը վարույթում է։
