POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ներկա իշխանության դիրքերը թույլ ու խախուտ են հատկապես մարզերում. սա պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ համայնքների ղեկավարների հիմնական մասը նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք ընտրված ու նախկին իշխանության թիմի ներկայացուցիչներ են, մարզպետները մեծամասամբ թույլ են կամ պարզապես տեղերում հեղինակություն չվայելող, իսկ մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում անցկացված ՏԻՄ բոլոր ընտրություններում իշխանական ուժը կա՛մ խայտառակ պարտություն է կրել, կա՛մ դրանից խուսափելու համար պարզապես չի մասնակցել։
«Փաստ» թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ այս հարցը իշխանության և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ունի առանցքային նշանակություն, և պատահական չէ, որ այդ առիթով մի քանի քննարկումներ են եղել, հատուկ հանձնարարականներ իջեցվել։
