Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը ադամանդե քարերով ոսկե մատանիներ կգնի
POLITICSՖինանսների նախարարության գնումների համակարգում Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը ներկայացրել է 2020 թվականի իր գնումների պլանը, որն, ի դեպ, ներկայացման առաջին օրվանից ի վեր փոփոխվել է արդեն չորրորդ անգամ։ Գնման պլանում մանրամասնորեն նշված է, թե քաղաքապետարանն ինչ ապրանքներ և ծառայություններ է մտադիր ձեռք բերել այս տարի։
Ցանկից տեղեկանում ենք, որ քաղաքապետարանը կգնի գրասենյակային և տնտեսական իրեր, օդորակիչներ, որոշակի գումար է նախատեսված մեքենաների նորոգման, ավտոպահեստամասերի գնման, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, բնական գազի, ջրամատակարարման, ֆիքսված և բջջային հեռախոսակապի, ինտերնետի և փոստային ծառայությունների համար։
Քաղաքապետարանը 19 մլն 115 հազար դրամ մտադիր է ծախսել համաքաղաքային միջոցառումների անցկացման, կես միլիոն դրամ՝ ծաղկեպսակների և ծաղիկների ձեռքբերման նպատակով։
Շատ ծառայությունների և ապրանքների ձեռքբերումը միտված է քաղաքապետարանի բնականոն գործունեության ապահովմանը։ Սա որևէ մեկը չի վիճարկում, այլ հարց է, որ մշտապես հարցեր է առաջացնում գնման գործընթացների ժամանակ մրցույթների կազմակերպումը, խոսքն, ի դեպ, բոլոր ոլորտների գերատեսչությունների մասին է։
Գյուղապետարանների և քաղաքապետարանների գնումների ցանկերում «Փաստի» ուշադրությունից չեն վրիպում այն ապրանքները, որոնք առաջին հայացքից վստահաբար անմիջական կապ չունեն գերատեսչության աշխատանքի հետ։ Եվ այսպես՝ Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանը 2020 թվականին մտադիր է ձեռք բերել 5 հատ ոսկե մատանի՝ ադամանդե քարերով։ Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ մատանիների գնման «անհրաժեշտությունն» առաջացել է գնումների պլանում կատարված չորրորդ փոփոխության ժամանակ։
