LIFEԵս որոշեցի գրել այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարելի է նվազեցնել վարակիչ հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը, որոնք հանգեցնում են թոքերի ախտահարմանը: Ես ինչ-որ չափով հասկանում եմ այս ամենից, քանի որ մանկուց՝ 5 տարեկանից քրոնիկ ասթմա ունեմ: Իսկ բժիշկներին պարբերաբար այցելություններս ինձ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններ են տվել: Բժիշկս միշտ ասում էր, որ որևէ համաճարակի ընթացքում բոլորը պետք է ուժեղացնեն թոքերը և իմունային համակարգը:
Իսկ ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանել թոքերը: Բանն այն է, որ թոքերի լիարժեք աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ են կենդանական ճարպեր: Առանց ճարպերի լիարժեք ընդունման թոքերի գործառույթը կարող է խանգարվել: Օրգանիզմում ճարպի պակասը հեշտացնում է ցանկացած վարակի մուտքը բրոնխներ և թոքեր:
Հետևաբար, այժմ ես բոլոր դիետաներս չեղյալ եմ համարել, ինչը խորհուրդ եմ տալիս նաև ձեզ, կերեք սալ և կարագ: Դե, իհարկե, պետք չէ ուտել շատ մեծ քանակությամբ. 20-30 գրամ կարագը կամ մի կտոր յուղը բավարար կլինի:

Եվ իսկապես փոքր տարիքում ես երբեք չեմ հիվանդացել գրիպով: Միայն 1 անգամ և, արդեն, մեծ տարիքում՝ առանց լուրջ հետևանքների:
Կարող եք օգտագործել սպիրտով ալոեի դեղագործական թուրմը, մի վախեցեք, քանի որ այնտեղ ալկոհոլը շատ քիչ է: Այս խառնուրդով մենք պաշտպանում ենք ինչպես թոքերը, այնպես էլ իմունային համակարգը:
Նաև այժմ բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս ընդունել բնական վիտամիններ և ավելի շատ տաք ջուր խմել:
Բայց հիշեք, որ սա միայն կանխարգելումն է և օգնությունը բուժման մեջ: Եթե հայտնվում են SARS-ի ախտանիշներ, անմիջապես խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ, անհրաժեշտ է արագ թետավորում կատարել և անցնել բուժման:
