INTERNATIONAL NEWSՊատվաստանյութի մշակումը, որը պետք է պաշտպանի մարդկությանը կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելուց, կտևի մոտ մեկ տարի: Այս մասին ասել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր, մոլեկուլային վիրուսաբանության և ուռուցքաբանության բնագավառում հետազոտությունների ղեկավար Անդրեյ Կոզլովը:
Փորձագետը շեշտել է, որ դա ԴՆԹ պատվաստանյութ է, որը «շատ անվտանգ էր»:
«Տեխնոլոգիական բնութագրերն այն են, որ վիրուսի գեները վերցվում և տեղադրվում են ԴՆԹ-ի վրա հիմնված վեկտորի մեջ: Նման պատվաստանյութերը ունեն կողմնակի բարդություններ: «Պատվաստանյութը շատ անվտանգ է, այն մարմնում սինթեզում է այն սպիտակուցները, որոնք առկա են այնտեղ, և դրանց վրա անձեռնմխելիություն է մշակվում: Մենք արդեն հաշվարկել ենք, թե որ գեները պետք է օգտագործեն պատվաստանյութի համար, որ վեկտորները պետք է տեղադրվեն», - ասել է Կոզլովը: Ըստ գիտնականի, մի քանի ամիս անց պատվաստանյութը կենդանիների վրա նախնական փորձարկվելու է, իսկ դրանից հետո կլինիկական փորձարկումների ընթացքում` կամավորների վրա: Ավելի վաղ Կոզլովն ասել էր, որ կորոնավիրուսը, ինչպես գրիպի և հերպեսի վիրուսները, կարող է հանգեցնել ուղեղի բոլոր մասերի մահվան: Այսպիսով, COVID-19- ով որոշ հիվանդներ թոքային խանգարումներ չունեն, բայց առկա է շեղված գիտակցություն կամ էպիլեպտիկ ախտանիշներ: «Նախկինում նշված համի և հոտի կորստի հետ միասին, նման ախտանիշները կարող են հանգեցնել ուղեղի հյուսվածքի կորոնավիրուսային վարակի», - ասել է նա:
