Ովքե՞ր և ինչպե՞ս են պահում Քոչարյանի կալանքը
POLITICSՏևական ժամանակ է, ինչ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական խմբին չի հաջողվում խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխել այլ ռեժիմով։ Է՛լ գրավ են առաջարկել, է՛լ միջնորդություններ են եղել, է՛լ Վեհափառը կոչ արեց այս իրավիճակում փոխել խափանման միջոցը, բայց համակարգը կարծես անդրդվելի է։
Մեր աղբյուրը տեղեկություն հաղորդեց, որ կորոնավիրուսի բռնկումներից հետո համաշխարհային և մասնավորապես եվրոպական մի շարք կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների հորդորներից և կոչերից հետո այս թեման մեզ մոտ ևս բարձրացել է հատկապես երկրորդ նախագահի կալանքի մասով։ Մեր աղբյուրը նշում է, որ այս թեմայով վարչապետի հետ զրուցել են ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը և գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը, բացատրել են, որ ճիշտ չէ Քոչարյանին շարունակել պահել կալանքի տակ, որ «այդ եվրոպացիքի» կոչերը հնարավոր չէ անտեսել, ՄԻԵԴ հաղորդումներ կուղարկվեն, և «տակից դուրս գալ» չի լինի։
Ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, ներկայացվել է նաև, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը փաստացի միակ 65 տարեկանն անց և հենց այս պահին համակցված հիվանդություն ունեցող նախնական կալանքի տակ գտնվող կալանավորն է։ Սակայն ի վերջո որոշվել է դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին խնդրել՝ մի քիչ էլ ձգի, գնա «ապաքինման արձակուրդ», իսկ մինչ այդ հնարավոր է, որ վիրուսը նույնիսկ նահանջի։
Ի դեպ, կուլիսներում ակտիվորեն խոսում են, որ այս թեմայով որոշումների կայացման շղթան «բրգաձև» է՝ վարչապետ-ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյան- Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Արթուր Մկրտչյան-դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյան։
