Վանաձորում 27-ամյա երիտասարդը ծեծել է ոստիկանին, պոկել ուսադիրները և դիմել փախուստի
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակչի կողմից բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն, Վանաձոր քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակիչը 2020 թվականի մայիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 21.35-ի սահմաններում, նույն քաղաքի Արցախ պուրակում նկատելով ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանին, որը նույն օրը՝ ժամը 17.00-ին 27-ամյա երիտասարդին իրավախախտում կատարելու համար բերման էր ենթարկել, վիճաբանել և քաշքշել է վերջինիս՝ նշված միջադեպի հետ կապված, բռունցքներով դիտավորությամբ մի քանի հարվածներ հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, համազգեստից պոկել ծառայողական տարբերանշանը և դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի (իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը) 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործը: Ոստիկանը տուժող է ճանաչվել:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն: Առգրավվել է տուժողի ծառայողական համազգեստը և տարբերանշանը, նշանակվել են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է:
