Օրերս Տավուշի մարզի Այգեձոր համայնքում տեղադրվել է հուլիսի 14-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանագոտու հյուսիսարևելյան հատվածում հակառակորդի արձակած կրակից մահացու վիրավորում ստացած կապիտան Սոս Էլբակյանի հուշաքարը։
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Չինարիի գյուղապետ Սամվել Սաղոյանն ասաց, որ հուշաքարը տեղադրել է Շիրակի մարզի Մարմաշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Արշակյանը, որը նաև կապիտան Էլբակյանի հորեղբոր տղան է։
«Այգեձոր գյուղ մտնելիս՝ մուտքի մոտ ժայռաբեկոր կա, որտեղ նաև արցախյան ազատամարտի զոհերի համար այգեձորցիներից մեկը ժայռի վրա խաչ է քանդակել, կողքը դրված է»,- ասաց գյուղապետը, հավելելով, որ համայնքի ղեկավարը մինչև այդ էլ 10 մեքենա անվադող էին հավաքել և բերել։
Չինարիի գյուղապետ Սամվել Սաղոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակել է հուշաքարի լուսանկարն ու կից գրառում արել. «Սոսը վերադարձավ Տավուշ»։
