Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ շարունակվում  է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գործով դատական նիստը։ Ամբաստանյալը նիստին կրկին չի ներկայացել։

Այսօրվա նիստին Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանը ներկայացրեց բժշկական փաստաթուղթ, որը փաստում է իր պաշտպանյալի անկողնային հարկադիր բուժման հանգամանքը։

Նախագահողը հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ նիստին ներկայացվել է միջնորդություն՝ ծանր հիվանդություններով պայմանավորված քրեական գործի վարույթը կասեցնելու եւ խափանման միջոցը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ։

Պաշտպանը նշեց․ «Ցավոք, Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մոտ առկա է բացասական դինամիկա։ Կատարվել են շուրջ 10 հետազոտություններ, ներկայացնում եմ բժշկական փաստաթղթերը։ Փաստված են ծանր հիվանդությունները։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման ծանր հիվանդություններով պահանջվում է, որ կասեցվի գործը եւ անձը կարողանա որոշակի բժշկական գործողություններ իրականացնի»։

Մեղադրող Վահե Դոլմազյանը միջնորդության վերաբերյալ նշեց, որ ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը չեն փաստում, որ, դրանցից ելնելով քրեական գործի վարույթը ենթակա է կասեցման․ «Գտնում եմ, որ, եթե այլ փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացվում այս ամենի համատեքստում, պաշտպանության կողմի միջնորդությունը ենթակա է մերժման»։

Դատարանը հեռացավ խորհրդակցական սենյակ՝ որոշում կայացնելու։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոցը դատարանի որոշմամբ հունվարի 15-ին փոխվեց։ Նրա առողջական վիճակն այդ օրերին ծայրահեղ ծանր էր. գտնվում էր վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։ 

Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու, ավելի քան 101 միլիոն դրամի գույք յուրացնելու, ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամի հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներից ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ 37 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու մեջ:
