Մենք համաձայն չենք այն դիրքորոշման հետ, որը բարձրաձայնել է Թուրքիան, որը մի քանի անգամ ասել է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը: Այստեղ որևէ գաղտնիք չկա։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է այն հայտարարությանը, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության մասով հնարավոր է ռազմական լուծումը: Այս մասին ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Ցավոք Թուրքիան կարողացավ դա անել: Անկարան հայտարարեց, որ աջակցելու է ցանկացած գործողություն, որն Ադրբեջանը կձեռնարկի հակամարտության կարգավորման համար, ներառյալ՝ ռազմական»,-ասել է նա:
Լավրովը նշել է, որ կապի մեջ են թուրքական կողմի հետ. «Ես մի քանի անգամ այս ընթացքում խոսել եմ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ: Մենք մնում ենք մեր տեսակետին, որ խաղաղ կարգավորումը ոչ միայն հնարավոր է, այլ նաև միակ միջոցն է այս խնդրի ամուր լուծման համար, քանի որ մնացած տարբերակների դեպքում հակամարտությունը մի քիչ մարած կմնա, սակայն եթե չլինի երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական համաձայնություն, ինչ-որ պահի, ռազմական ուղիով հասած որոշումները ցույց կտան իրենց չկայացած լինելն ու մարտական գործողություններն ամեն դեպքում կլինեն»:
