«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․
««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություներով՝ դատական համակարգում որոշակի գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում, եւ այս օրերին, ռազմական դրությամբ պայմանավորված, որոշակի դատական նիստեր հետաձգվում են: Իսկ ի՞նչ կապ ունեն դատական նիստերը ռազմական դրության հետ: Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ դատաքննության փուլում գտնվող գործերը դատարանները հետաձգում են:
Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ կալանավորներին չեն կարող ուղեկցել դատարան, քանի որ ուղեկցող գումարտակն այս օրերին գտնվում է առաջնագծում, ուստի դատավորներին այլ ելք չի մնում, քան հետաձգել դատական նիստերը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Արցախում սկսված պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանում ընդհանուր զորահավաք է հայտարարվել, բացի այդ, Արցախ են մեկնել նաեւ բազմաթիվ կամավորներ: Արցախ մեկնածների մեջ մեծ թիվ են կազմում նաեւ դատական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները, եւ դա է պատճառը, որ դատարանները չեն կարողանում հասցնել քննել այդ բոլոր գործերը անձնակազմի սղության պատճառով:
Բացի այդ, սահմանային լարված վիճակի պատճառով շատերն անգամ տրամադրություն չեն ունենում գործեր քննելու համար»:
