Ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի ռազմական բժիշկների արտագնա ստորաբաժանումները շարունակում են օգնություն ցուցաբերել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարբեր բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին:
Ռուս խաղաղապահները ստեղծել են բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բժշկական ստորաբաժանումներ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հեռավոր բնակելի տարածքներում ռազմական բժիշկների դաշտային աշխատանքներն ապահովելու համար:
Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ հունվարի 4-ին ռուս ռազմական բժիշկները բժշկական օգնություն են ցուցաբերել Մարտունու շրջանի Ննգի գյուղի ավելի քան 50 բնակչի: Նրանք ընդհանուր առմամբ օգնել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ավելի քան 1100 բնակչի, այդ թվում՝ 135 երեխայի:
Արտագնա ստորաբաժանումներին դիմած բոլոր քաղաքացիները խորհրդատվություն են անցել թերապևտների, վիրաբույժների և այլ որակավորված մասնագետների մոտ՝ ստանալով անհրաժեշտ նշանակումներ:
Տեղի բնակիչների դիմումները որպես կանոն կապված են տարբեր քրոնիկական հիվանդությունների, ինչպես նաև սիրտ-անոթային և էնդոկրին համակարգի հիվանդությունների սրման հետ:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի հրամանագրով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայվել է ռուս խաղաղապահների զորակազմը: Զորակազմի հիմքը կազմում է Կենտրոնական ռազմական օկրուգի 15-րդ առանձին մոտոհրաձգային բրիգադը։ Խաղաղապահների հրամանատարն է գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովը։
