ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
 
«Ադրբեջանի նախագահը 2021թ. մայիսի 20-ին և 28-ին հանդես է եկել ելույթներով, որոնք հայատյացության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականության վկայություն են:
Ելույթների այդ հատվածներն առանձնացվել են և պաշտոնական նամակներով ուղարկել եմ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահին և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին:
Դրանք ուղարկվել են նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման կոմիտե, ԵԽ-ի Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ հանձնաժողով, ՄԱԿ-ի և ԵԽ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարներին և միջազգային այլ մարմինների:
Այս անգամ խոսքը վերաբերում է`
1) Նիզամի Գյանջևու անվան միջազգային կենտրոնի կազմակերպած «Հարավային Կովկաս․ տարածաշրջանային զարգացում և համագործակցության հնարավորույթյուններ» թեմայով քննարկմանը (մայիսի 20, 2021թ.).
2) Աղդամում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ հանդիպմանը (մայիսի 28, 2021թ.):
Ելույթների նշված մասերով Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խոսում է ուժի ու սպառնալիքի լեզվով, օգտագործում է այնպիսի ձևակերպումներ ու բառեր, որոնցով նպատակ է հետապնդում վիրավորել ողջ հայ ժողովրդի, Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ողջ բնակչության արժանապատվությունը, լարվածություն առաջացնել հայկական հասարակությունում: Այդ բառերը բնույթով ահաբեկող են: Այդ ելույթներում ընդգծվում է ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի առավելությունները հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ միայն էթնիկ պատկանելիության հիմքով:
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի այս մշտադիտարկման նպատակն է ցույց տալ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ցեղասպան բնույթի քաղաքականությունը, որն էլ հենց իրականում ընկած է մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների, այդ թվում` դաժանությունների հիմքում, վտանգում է խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը»:
