Երեկ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հրաժեշտի գրառում էր արել, որտեղ բացատրել էր իր՝ գործադիր իշխանությունից հեռանալու եւ ՔՊ ցուցակում չընդգրկվելու փաստը։ «Այդ որոշումը պայմանավորված էր նախընտրական ցուցակի հետ կապված որոշ տարաձայնություններով: Մեր պայքարը հիմնված է ժողովրդավարության, ազատության, կոռուպցիայի բացառման սկզբունքների վրա... Այս շարքում հիմնարար սկզբունք է նաեւ բիզնեսի ու քաղաքականության տարանջատումը՝ անկախ անձերից: Կազմված նախընտրական ցուցակի դեպքում, սակայն, ես վստահ չէի, որ այդ սկզբունքը պահպանվում էր, եւ մենք որեւէ ձեւով չէինք շեղվում դրանից»,- գրել է նա:
Շատերը հասկացան, թե ինչի, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ում մասին է խոսքը․ գործարար Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի։ Բանն այն է, որ ցուցակի կազմման փուլում Տիգրան Ավինյանը խիստ դեմ է եղել գործարարներին ընդգրկելուն եւ հատկապես Սուքիասյանի՝ ԱԺ գնալուն եւ ուլտիմատում է ներկայացրել․ «Կա՛մ ես, կա՛մ Գռզոն»։ Փաստորեն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընտրել է Սուքիասյանին։ Սակայն սա չի նշանակում, թե Ավինյանն անգործ է մնալու, նա «Անիֆ» հիմնադրամի խորհրդի նախագահն է, եւ հնարավոր է տնօրեն նշանակվի՝ Վահան Փափազյանի որդու տեղը, իսկ դա շատ բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք է:
