Այսօրվա մեր Սուրբ Արցախի պահպանման և զարգացման չորս գլխավոր գործոններն են.
ա) Արցախում այսօր բնակվող հերոս Հայ ժողովուրդը,
բ) Արցախը պաշտպանող և կառուցող Արցախի Նախագահը,
գ) Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակը,
դ) Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Խաղաղապահ Ուժերը:
Չորս գլխավոր գործոններից նույնիսկ մեկի բացակայության դեպքում՝ մենք անդառնալիորեն կկորցնենք Արցախը:
Ուստի, առանց երկմտելու, կանգնե՛նք Արցախի հերոս բնակիչների, 2020 թվականի մարտի 31-ին արցախցիների բացարձակ մեծամասնության կողմից ընտրված Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Խաղաղապահ Ուժերի կողքին ու, առանց վարանելու, պաշտպանենք ու հզորացնենք մեր Սուրբ Արցախը և հորինված ու խառնածին Ադրբեջանից ազատագրե՛նք Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքները:
