INTERNATIONAL NEWSԲրիտանիայի տարածքներից էներգակիրների արդյունահանումը զարգացնելու փոխարեն այլ երկրներից գազ ներմուծելու Մեծ Բրիտանիայի որոշումը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ երկիրն այժմ «հայտնվել է» Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի իշխանության տակ: «Daily Mail» թերթի հոդվածից մեջբերում է արել «Gazeta.ru»-ն:
Նշվում է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան առանձնակի սրությամբ է զգում գազի պակասի խնդիրը, քանի որ եվրոպական երկրների շրջանում գազի սպառման առաջատարներից է: Միևնույն ժամանակ, վերջին 20 տարիների ընթացքում երկիրը զգալիորեն նվազեցրել է Հյուսիսային և Իռլանդական ծովերի հարուստ հանքավայրերից գազի արդյունահանումը՝ գերադասելով էներգակիրների ներմուծումը դրսից:
Հոդվածում նշվում է, որ Բրիտանիան դադարել է օգտագործել թերթաքարային գազի իր հսկայական պաշարները, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այդ ռեսուրսների շնորհիվ ԱՄՆ-ը կարողացավ վերականգնել իր «էներգետիկ անկախությունը»:
«Դրա փոխարեն, Բրիտանիան գնալով մեծացնում է իր էներգետիկ խոցելիությունը՝ օգտագործելով ճիշտ ժամանակին մատակարարման համակարգը ինչպես խողովակաշարերով, այնպես էլ ծովով»,-գրում է թերթը:
Պարբերականը բերում է 2017 թվականին Յորքշիրի ափին գազի պահեստարանի փակման դեպքը, որը կապված էր Ռաֆի հանքավայրի հետ: Թերթը շեշտում է, որ այդ որոշումը աղետալի էր:
