Փաշինյանին ուղղված գրության պատասխանը ստացել եմ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալից․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել․ 

«Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հարց էի ուղղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ճշգրտելու, թե արդյոք երաշխավորո՞ւմ է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող նոր ճանապարհի այնպիսի երթուղի չի հաստատվի, որի պայմաններում Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Բերձոր քաղաքը, Սուս և Աղավնո գյուղերը, ինչպես նաև՝ Շուշիի շրջանի Լիսագոր, Եղծահող, Հին շեն, Մեծ շեն, Կանաչ Թալա, Տասը վերստ գյուղերը որևէ կարգավիճակով չեն հայտնվի Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ։

Այդ օրը Փաշինյանը խուսափեց հստակ պատասխանից՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե ձեռքի տակ քարտեզ չկա, իսկ իմ կողմից նշված համայնքների մասին նշումներ չի հասցրել անել։

Դրանից անմիջապես հետո՝ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին, գրությամբ շարադրել եմ հարցն ու ուղարկել Փաշինյանին, որտեղ հստակ ձևակերպված էր հարցն ու կոնկրետ բնակավայրերը։

Գրությանս պատասխանը ստացվել է այսօր, բայց ոչ թե Փաշինյանից, այլ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահե Գևորգյանից, ով միայն նշել է, որ «նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 6-րդ կետի 2-րդ ենթակետի շուրջ բանակցություններ չեն ընթացել»։

Ուշադրություն դարձրեք այն հանգամանքին, որ իմ պահանջն էր ստանալ երաշխիք, հավաստիացում, որ եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների իրականացման արդյունքում՝ ՀՀ-ն Արցախի Հանրապետությանը կապող ճանապարհի փոփոխության արդյունքում թվարկածս քաղաքն ու գյուղերը որևէ կարգավիճակով ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ չեն անցնի, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման երաշխիք չի տալիս, միայն նշում է, որ դեռ չեն բանակցել։

Ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունը կա՛մ արդեն պայմանավորվել է այդ տարածքների կամ դրա մի մասի հանձնման հետ, կա՛մ չունի վստահություն, որ հետագա բանակցություններում կարողանալու է այդ համայնքների շուրջ արդյունավետ բանակցություններ վարել՝ դրանք պահել հայկական վերահսկողության ներքո»։
