Հայաստանի դեմ 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի 13-15-ը Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները, բացի ֆիզիկական տառապանքներից, նաև հոգեկան տառապանքներ են պատճառել ՀՀ սպանված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին:
Այս մասին հայտնում են «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամից։
Իրավունքի ու արդարության կենտրոն «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը ձեռք է բերել ապացույցներ, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները սպանել են ՀՀ զինծառայողի, տեսանկարել ու լուսանկարել են նրան սպանված վիճակում, ապա WhatsApp-ի միջոցով ուղարկել են նրա կնոջը, հետո տեսանյութը և լուսանկարը հրապարակել են նաև WhatsApp-ի «story» բաժնում: Նրանց ուղարկած տեսանյութում նաև ՀՀ այլ զինծառայողներ են, ովքեր զոհվել են խմբով:
Նշված օբյեկտիվ ապացույցները Հիմնադրամի կողմից կստանան անհրաժեշտ իրավական ամրագրում:
Այս հանցավոր արարքը հաստատում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների նպատակը նաև հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառելն է զոհվածների ընտանիքներին ու հայ հասարակությանը, էմոցիաների հետ խաղալը:
Այս նույն դեպքերն արձանագրվել են նաև 2016թ. Ապրիլյան, 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմների ժամանակ: Այսինքն՝ ձեռագիրը չի փոխվում, այս հանցանքները դարձել են խրոնիկ, քանի որ դաժանությունները խրախուսվում են ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից, իսկ այն կատարողները մնում են անպատիժ:
Ապացույցները պատշաճ կամրագրվեն, կուղարկվեն նաև կուղարկվեն միջազգային գործընկերներին. այս հանցանքների համար մեղավորները պետք է պատժվեն:
