Թուրքիայի Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցության (HDP)՝ Դիարբեքիրից պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը խորհրդարանում անդրադարձել է Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի՝ Բաքվի կողմից ավելի քան մեկ ամիս շարունակվող արգելափակմանը և մի շարք հարցեր է ուղղել Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուին։
Ինչպես գրում է bianet.org-ը, Փայլանը թուրք դիվանագետին հարցրել է.
«Ի՞նչ եք անում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խորացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի լուծման համար։
Ի՞նչ դիվանագիտական նախաձեռնություններ եք ձեռնարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի միջանցքի բացման համար:
Տեղյա՞կ եք, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակումը փակում է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման հնարավորության պատուհանը:
Ինչո՞ւ Թուրքիան, որը պարծենում է, որ միջամտում է աշխարհի բազմաթիվ հումանիտար ճգնաժամերին, աչքն անգամ չի թարթում արգելափակման մեջ գտնվող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 120 000 հայերին օգնելու համար»,- հետաքրքրվել է Փայլանը:
Լաչինի միջանցքը 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից փակ է մի խումբ ադրբեջանցի «բնապահպանների» կողմից։ Դրա հետևանքով Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամն օրեցօր սրվում է սննդամթերքի, դեղորայքի սակավությունը գնալով ավելի լուրջ է դառնում։ Արգելափակման տարբեր կողմերում ապրող հարյուրավոր ընտանիքներ շարունակում են բաժանված մնալ, 120 հազար մարդ դե ֆակտո շրջափակման մեջ է։
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հունվարի 10-ին հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների անդամների և «ակտիվիստների» բողոքը՝ «ադրբեջանական հողում» հանքերի «անօրինական» շահագործումը դադարեցնելու պահանջով, «օրինական» գործողություն է։
