Программа лидерства LEAD для менеджеров среднего звена Ucom имеет своих первых выпускников
Запущенная еще в 2022 году, многомодульная программа лидерства LEAD для руководителей среднего звена компании Ucom имеет своих первых выпускников. Она была создана специально для менеджеров Ucom в результате сотрудничества с Grow Edutainment.
Программа направлена на предоставление постоянных возможностей для развития управленческих и лидерских навыков, создание единых управленческих подходов в Ucom, подготовку участников к бесперебойной реализации ряда внедряемых в Ucom процессов, укрепление межфункционального сотрудничества и каналов связи между сотрудниками.
«Программа LEAD разработана с учетом потребностей именно нашей компании, и вдохновила наших начинающих руководителей среднего звена встать на путь непрерывного образования и развития. Она научила их тому, что руководить людьми - это, прежде всего, большая ответственность», - отметил генеральный директор компании Ucom Ральф Йирикян.
