Aussiedlerbote.de-ն գրում է, որ ավելի քան 350 մեգավատ հզորություն է Ռեյնլանդ-Պֆալց դեպարտամենտն  ավելացրել 2022 թվականին իր ֆոտովոլտային կայանների ընդլայնման հաշվին, և դա վերջին տասնմեկ տարիների առավելագույնն է: Բայց վերջնական նպատակին դեպարտամենտը դեռ չի հասել: «2021 թվականի համեմատ 11,6% աճը ցույց է տալիս, որ դաշնային և նահանգային մակարդակներում միջոցները սկսում են գործել», —  Մայնցում ասել է կլիմայի պաշտպանության նախարար Կատրին Էդերը (Կանաչներ) ի պատասխան Էներգետիկայի գործակալության հրապարակած թվերի:

Այնուամենայնիվ, նահանգային կառավարության նպատակը տարեկան 500 մեգավատտ զուտ ընդլայնումն է: Ռեյնլանդ-Պֆալցը ցանկանում է մինչև 2030 թվականը ծածկել իր էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման 100%-ը վերականգնվող էներգիայով և ամենաուշը մինչև 2040 թվականը դառնալ կլիմայական չեզոք:

«Ֆոտովոլտային համակարգերի օգտագործման ընդլայնման առումով միտումը շարունակվել է անցյալ տարի, ընդ որում հիմնականում տեղադրվում են տանիքների փոքր համակարգեր», — ասել է Էդերը,- առանձին մունիցիպալիտետներ օրինակելի առաջընթաց են գրանցում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների օգտագործման ընդլայնման և դրանց էներգամատակարարման ապահովման գործում»: Առաջնագծում Բիթբուրգեր Լենդի քաղաքապետարանն է: Սակայն, ըստ նրա, հեռու չէ էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը 500 մեգավատով ընդլայնելու խնդիրը։ «Մենք արդեն մեր ճանապարհին ենք դեպի 2024 թվականը»: Զարգացման միտում նկատվել է նաև 2023 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում։ Քաղաքային ձեռնարկությունների ասոցիացիան վերջերս խոսել է «հույսի շողերի» մասին, ի նկատի առնելով  ֆոտոգալվանային էլեկտրակայանների ընդլայնումը, բայց քննադատել է հողմային էներգիայի դանդաղ զարգացումը:
