ՔՊՆ-ն տենդագին պատրաստվում է քաղաքական ժողովին. ի՞նչ է սպասվում

Իշխանությունները տենդագին պատրաստվում են այս շաբաթվա վերջին Գյումրիում հրավիրվող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական ժողովին։ Ի տարբերություն նախորդների՝ այս ժողովը նեղ կազմով է անցկացվելու, պատգամավորների մեծ մասը, ինչպես նաև այլ հրավիրյալներ չեն լինի։

Կուսակցության կանոնադրության համաձայն քաղաքական ժողովին ներկա է լինելու կուսակցության վարչության, վերահսկիչ հանձնաժողովների անդամները, տարածքային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները, ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների և կառավարության ՔՊ-ական անդամները, ինչպես նաև այն համայնքապետերը, որոնք «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ են։ Բացի մշտական անդամներից վարչության որոշմամբ կարող էին մասնակցել նաև հրավիրյալներ։

Հունիսի 17-ին Դիլիջանում կայացած քաղաքական ժողովին, օրինակ, ներկա էին գրեթե բոլոր պատգամավորները, նաև բազմաթիվ հրավիրյալներ։ Այժմ իշխանությունը որոշել է նեղ կազմով անցկացնել, ընդ որում բազմաթիվ պաշտոնյաներ և պատգամավորներ, համայնքապետեր ու մարզպետներ վստահ են, որ հենց քաղաքական ժողովին է վճռվելու իրենցից յուրաքանչյուրի ճակատագիրը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ժողովին ներկայացնելու է, թե առաջիկայում ում ծառայություններից են հրաժարվելու, ում են պաշտոնանկ անելու և ում դեմ են մտադիր քրեական վարույթներ հարուցել։ Տևական ժամանակ իրավապահ մարմինները լուրջ կոմպրոմանտներ են ներկայացրել Փաշինյանին՝ ցույց տալով, որ իր բազմաթիվ կուսակիցներ նախկիններից ոչ պակաս, երբեմն էլ նույնիսկ ավելի, խառնված են տարբեր կոռուպցիոն գործարքներում։ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է պատժել թե՛ նրանց, թե՛ բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաներին, որոնք կա՛մ հրաժարվում են ՔՊ անդամ դառնալ, կա՛մ էլ տեղերում լավ չեն իրականացնում իրենց պարտականությունները։ Մի քանի համայնքապետեր, նախարարներ, անգամ փոխվարչապետ առաջիկայում հրաժեշտ են տալու իրենց պաշտոններին, և բոլոր այս հարցերը քննարկելու են հենց Գյումրիում կայանալիք քաղաքական ժողովում։
