Վաշինգտոնում, Բրյուսելում և Երևանում ձևացնում են, թե զարմանում են, թե ինչու է ապրիլի 5-ին կայանալիք Հայաստան-ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումը «մտահոգություններ» առաջացնում շատերի մոտ։ Այս մասին իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
«Նշվում է, որ այն ուղղված չէ երրորդ կողմի դեմ։ Նման իրադարձությունները Ռուսաստանում անհանգստություն են առաջացնում, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի ներկայացուցիչները մեր գործընկերներին ուղղակիորեն ասում են, որ իրենց հիմնական տրամադրվածությունը բացառապես Ռուսաստանի դեմ է։ Ուղղակի այդպես են ասում բաց տեքստով»,- նշել է Զախարովան։
Ըստ նրա՝ նման հանդիպումներն անհանգստություն են առաջացնում տարածաշրջանի երկրների մեծ մասի մոտ, քանի որ դրանք ուղղված են ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության հասնելուն, այլ Արևմուտքին իր ծայրաստիճան ապակառուցողական մոտեցումներով Հարավային Կովկաս հետագա ներմուծելուն, այնտեղ նոր բաժանարար գծեր ստեղծելուն, ստիպելով երկրներին տարածաշրջանը հետևել հակառուսական օրակարգին, քանդելով նրանց դարավոր կապերը Մոսկվայի հետ, տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության քանդելուն, տնտեսական համագործակցության առկա մեխանիզմները թուլացնելուն։
«Թե ինչու է պաշտոնական Երեւանը ձեւացնում, թե չի հասկանում, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը, մեծ հարց է։ Ի վերջո, ամբողջ աշխարհի աչքի առջև Հայաստանը վերածվում է հայ ժողովրդի հիմնարար շահերին լիովին հակասող հավաքական Արեւմուտքի՝ ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր ծրագրերի իրականացման գործիքի»,- եզրափակել է Զախարովան։
