Աշխարհահռչակ հայազգի շանսոնյե Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվանական աստղը Հոլիվուդի Փառքի ծառուղում կբացվի օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ տեղի ժամանակով 11:00-ին:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Asbarez-ը, Հոլիվուդի առևտրի պալատը տեղեկացրել է, որ լեգենդար շանսոնյեի աստղը 2618-րդն է լինելու Փառքի ծառուղում: Նրան նվիրված աստղը կբացվի «Կենդանի կատարում» անվանակարգում:
«Շառլ Ազբավուրը ողջ աշխարհում մեծ ճանաչում ունեցող կատարող է, որին միլիոնավոր երկրպագուներ են սիրում տարբեր սերուդների շրջանում», - ասել է Փառքի ծառուղու միջոցառումների պրոդյուսեր Անա Մարտինեսը:
93-ամյա Ազնավուրի ժողովրդականությունը տարածվել է տարբեր սերունդների շրջանում: Պատահական չէ, որ 1998-ին CNN-ի և Time-ի առցանց հարցման արդյունքում Շառլ Ազնավուրը ճանաչվեց «20-րդ դարի արտիստ»՝ շրջանցելով այնպիսի հանրահայտ կատարողների, ինչպիսիք են Էլվիս Փրեսլին, Բոբ Դիլանը և Ֆրենկ Սինատրան:
Շառլ Ազնավուրը միջազգային ասպարեզում ռեկորդային 180 մլն ձայնասկավառակ է վաճառել: 70 տարվա կարիերայի ընթացքում նա 1400 երգ է ձայնագրել, որոնցից 1300-ի հեղինակը ևս ինքն է: Շանսոնյեն 390 ալբոմ է թողարկել բազմաթիվ լեզուներով՝ ֆրանսերեն, հայերեն, անգլերեն, , ռուսերեն, գերմաներեն, իտալերեն, իսպաներեն:
