POLITICS"Մարտի 1"-ի հարցը հիմա ավելի ակտուալ և քննարկվող թեմա է դարձել, քան Արցախի` իրականում Հայաստանի գոյության հարցը, իսկ Արցախի հարցը գնալով ավելի է լրջանում Ադրբեջանի ոգևորության ու Հայաստանի անգետության ֆոնին․ ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը։
«Փաստորեն, մենք Արցախի բանակցությունների մասին ինֆորմացիոն շրջափակման մեջ ենք հայտնվել և շրջափակման մեխանիզմներից մեկը Մարտի 1-ի հարցը թոփ թեմա դարձնելն է
Սակայն այստեղ մեկ այլ խնդիր էլ կա, 2008թ. թվականի դեպքերը Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կոնտեքստը ունեին` Տեր-Պետրոսյանն երբեք չէր թագցնում, որ փորձում էր իշխանության գալ այդ խնդիրն իրեն և մեզ հայտնի եղանակով լուծելու համար:
Պատահական չի, որ այսօր Արցախի խնդրում ակտիվ գաղտնի բանակցությունների ֆոնին զուգահեռ ակտիվացել է նաև "Մարտի 1"-ի հարցը: Փաստորեն, "2008-ին Տեր-Պետրոսյանը ճիշտ էր, իսկ հակառակ կարծիք ունեցողները` սխալ"- սա է մեսիջը Արցախի հարցի շուրջ ընթացող ակտիվ բանակցությունների ֆոնին "Մարտի 1" խնդրի ակտուալացումը:
Ամենացավալին այն է, որ "Մարտի 1" -ի ակտուալացումը Արցախի խնդրի կոնտեքստում, իր մեջ նոր "Մարտի 1" է պարունակում ու մենք մոտենում ենք այդ կետին:
Հ.Գ. "Մարտի 1" -ը օբյեկտիվորեն կարող է քննվել այն ժամանակ, երբ դրա կողմերից ոչ մեկը` Քոչարյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իշխանության ղեկին չլինեն և չունենան դատավարության վրա ազդելու լծակներ: Բայց այսօր օրակարգում Արցախի հարցն է:»,- ասված է նրա գրառման մեջ։
