Տավուշում այս տարի քննվել է ապօրինի ծառահատումների հատկանիշով 73 քրեական գործ. Դատախազություն
SOCIETYԱյս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում միայն Տավուշի ապօրինի ծառահատումների, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց համակցությամբ պաշտոնեական հանցագործությունների հոդվածների հատկանիշներով քննվել է 73 քրեական գործ, որոնցից 14 քրեական գործ փոխանցվել է 2018 թվականից, իսկ 59 քրեական գործ հարուցվել է հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
«Նշված 73 քրեական գործերից 16 քրեական գործ՝ 17 անձի նկատմամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան, 4 քրեական գործի վարույթը կարճվել է, 25 քրեական գործի վարույթ կասեցվել է (հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հայտնի չլինելու հիմքով), 2 քրեական գործ ուղարկվել է ըստ ենթակայության, իսկ 8 քրեական գործ միացվել է 1 վարույթում:
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի տարբեր մասերով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, ովքեր մեղադրյալներ են ներգրավվել 1 քրեական գործի քննության շրջանակներում («Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Իջեւանի մասնաճյուղում 2018 թվականի հունիս-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին տեղի ունեցած չարաշահումների փաստով, նշված քրեական գործը գտնվում է քննության փուլում):
Վարույթում գտնվող 73 քրեական գործերով պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմել է 395.643.850 ՀՀ դրամ, որից վերականգնվել է 4.202.860 ՀՀ դրամը:
6.250.000 ՀՀ դրամ բռնագանձելու պահանջով բավարարվել են հայցադիմումներ եւ կատարողական թերթերն ուղարկվել են ԴԱՀԿ»,- գրել է նա:
