Արցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը մեկնարկել է սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից սկսած լայնածավալ հարձակման հետևանքների վերաբերյալ փաստահավաք առաքելություն:
Թարմացված տվյալներով՝ Ադրբեջանը հրետակոծել և հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ներով հարվածել է բոլոր խոշոր ու բազմաթիվ փոքր բնակավայրերի (ներառյալ՝ Ստեփանակերտ, Ասկերան, Մարտակերտ, Մարտունի, Հադրութ, Շուշի քաղաքները):
Նախնականորեն քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում առկա է հաստատված 2 զոհ ու տասնյակ վիրավոր: Միայն Ստեփանակերտում 10-ից ավելի վիրավոր կա, ներառյալ՝ երեխաներ ու կանայք: Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները այցելել են Ստեփանակերտի հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնում ապաքինվող մի խումբ վիրավորների:

Հավաքագրված տվյալների վերլուծությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը նպատակային ու հասցեական կերպով թիրախավորել են քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը, ինչը միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է: Պաշտպանը կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը համապատասխան գնահատական տալ ադրբեջանական գործողություններին, այն էլ՝ ՔՈՎԻԴ-19 համավարակի պայմաններում, և միջոցներ ձեռք առնել Արցախի Հանրապետության հազարավոր բնակիչների կյանքին ու անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգների չեզոքացման ուղղությամբ:
