Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարների միջև նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ նախատեսված է, որ մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 1-ը Բերձորը պետք է հանձնվի թշնամուն՝ հայկական կողմի համար թողնելով 5 կմ լայնության ճանապարհ։ Այսինքն, այդ ամենի կազմակերպման համար մնացել է մեկ օր եւ վաղը, ըստ այդ հայտարարության, պետք է աշխատանքներն ավարտին հասցված լինեին:
Սակայն դեռեւս հստակ չէ՝ ի վերջո ինչ է սպասվում վաղը, արդյոք Բերձորում հայ բնակչությունը կմնա եւ կապրի, թե ոչ: ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում Քաշաթաղի շրջանի ղեկավար Մուշեղ Ալավերդյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում վսահեցրեց, որ Բերձորում հայկական բնակչությունն ամեն դեպքում կմնա եւ կապրի: պահին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ Բերձորում հայ բնակչությունը պետք է մնա և ապրի։ Նա չկարողացավ այլ մանրամասներ հայտնել, թե ինչպես է կազմակերպվելու այդ ամենը, ում վերահսկողության տակ է լինելու տարածքը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին հրապարակվել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հայտարարության պաշտոնական տեքստը, որով դադարեցվում է Արցախում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմը։ Պատերազմի ավարտի ու կրակի դադարեցման մասին համաձայնագրում նշված է` պատերազմող երկու կողմերը կանգնում են այն դիրքերում, որտեղ կանգնած են, Հայաստանը մինչև նոյեմբերի 15-ը Ադրբեջանին է վերադարձնում Քարվաճառը, մինչև դեկտեմբերի մեկը՝ Բերձորի շրջանը, թողնելով 5 կմ լայնությամբ միջանցք, որն ապահովելու է Հայաստանի կապը, սակայն չի շոշափելու Շուշին։
