POLITICSՓետրվարի 22-ին լրացել է Դիլիջանի երկարամյա համայնքապետ Արմեն Սանթրոսյանի լիազորությունների ժամկետը։ Օրենքով նա պետք է նշանակվեր քաղաքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով փետրվարի 26-ին Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետի ԺՊ է նշանակվել ավագանու անդամ, իր սեռը ձեւաթղթում «արու» գրած ոմն Դավիթ Սարգսյան։ Նա, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, նախինում բենզալցակայանի աշխատակից է եղել՝ «զապռավչիկ»։
Մեզ պատմեցին, որ Սարգսյանը Հաղարծին գյուղից է, շինանյութի խանութ ունի, բայց նրա՝ քաղաքապետ նշանակվելու հիմնական արժանիքն այն է, որ նա Փաշինյանի եղբորորդու՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սիփան Փաշինյանի մտերիմն է։ Հարազատ գյուղում առանձնապես սիրով ու հարգանքով չեն լցված նրա հանդեպ, ասացին՝ մտեք գյուղ, հարցրեք, բազմաթիվ ուշագրավ, նրան ոչ դրական բնութագրող պատմություններ կպատմեն ձեզ։
Դիլիջանի արդեն նախկին քաղաքապետ Արմեն Սանթրոսյանն էլ մեզ ասաց, որ ինքն այս հարցով դիմել է Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ վիճարկելու իրեն ԺՊ չնշանակելու որոշումը։ Ըստ նրա, դա սահմանադրական կարգի խախտում է։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ Սանթրոսյանի հետ միասին եւս յոթ համայնքապետ է այս հարցով դիմել ՍԴ՝ մեկ միասնական դիմումով։
