SOCIETYՎերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Մ.Հարությունյանը կայացրեց օբյեկտիվ դատական ակտ՝ արձանագրելով, որ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը թույլ է տվել դատական սխալ, կայացրել է անհիմն որոշում և անհիմն է թույլատրել խուզարկել Կարեն Բեքարյանի բնակարանը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է փաստաբան Գոռ Միքայելյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Հերթական ապացույցը, որ հետապնդումը ապօրինի է, ու պատվիրված: Կարեն Բեքարյանի բնակարանում խուզարկություն կատարելը թույլատրելու որոշման հիմքերի ապօրինությունն այնքան ակնհայտ էր, որ խուզարկությունը թույլատրած դատավորը չէր կարող չհասկանալ, որ Կարեն Բեքարյանին «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյան»-ի հետ կապելու, բնակարանը խուզարկել թույլատրելու ոչ հիմքեր կան, ոչ էլ տրամաբանություն:
Չնայած եթե համադրում ենք դեպքերն ու իրադարձությունները, վերհիշում ենք հենց այս գործով Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահի զանգի մասին (մամուլը բուռն քննարկում էր դեռևս փետրվարի 20-ից), և էլի շատ հանգամանքներ, ակնհայտ է, որ գործ ունենք պատվիրված հետապնդման հետ, իսկ այդ դեպքում արդեն գործի հանգամանքները հասկանալու ու օբյեկտիվ արդարադատություն իրականացնելու իրական դատավորի առաքելությունը որոշ դատավորների համար մղվումա երկրորդ պլան»:
