SOCIETYՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին շարունակվում են ներկայացվել քաղաքացիների ահազանգերն այն մասին, որ ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզում` Գորիսից Որոտան և Շուռնուխ ճանապարհին, Կապանից Ճակատեն, Շիկահող, Սրաշեն և մի շարք այլ բնակավայրերի միջև ճանապարհներին առկա են ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողներ, ավելին` նրանք զենքի բացահայտ ցուցադրումով են:
Ահազանգեր են ստացվում այն մասին, որ Սյունիքի մարզի նշված համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին ադրբեջանական դրոշներն ու ցուցանակներն օգտագործվում են պատրվակ` ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներ տեղակայելու համար: Այս արարքները պատճառով խաթարվել է մարդկանց ողջ ազատ տեղաշարժը:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ արձանագրում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների ինքնին առկայությունը ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին ողջ երկրի և առաջին հերթին` Սյունիքի մարզի նշված համայնքների բնակիչների Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 2-րդ հոդվածով ամրագրված կյանքի իրավունքի խախտում է:
Բացի այն, որ նրանց ներկայությունը խաթարել է ԵԱՀԿ պահանջներով երաշխավորված բնակչության անվտանգ ու խաղաղ կյանքը, նաև Եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ արձանագրության 2-րդ հոդվածով երաշխավորված մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքի շարունակվող խախտում է:
Խախտված է նաև Եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 1-ին արձանագրության 1-ին հոդվածով ամրագրված սեփականության իրավունքը, քանի որ ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները հենց օրինական պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերով մարդկանց պատկանող տներում կամ հողատարածքներում են (Օրինակ` Որոտան, Շուռնուխ և այլն): Դա խաթարել է մարդկանց ապրելակերպն ամբողջությամբ:
