INTERNATIONAL NEWSԼիբանանի վարչապետ Նաջիբ Միքաթին հոկտեմբերի 15-ը սգո օր է հայտարարել Բեյրութում հրաձգության հետևանքով զոհվածների համար: Այս մասին ասված է հինգշաբթի Լիբանանի կառավարության գրասենյակի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:.
Նշվում է, որ այս օրը փակ կլինեն բոլոր պետական գերատեսչությունները, ինչպես նաև պետական և մասնավոր դպրոցները:
Հինգշաբթի Բեյրութում կրակոցներ են հնչել շիա կուսակցությունների բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ: Ակցիայի մասնակիցները դժգոհել են 2020 թվականին Բեյրութի նավահանգստում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հետաքննության ընթացքից: Ականատեսների վկայությամբ՝ անկարգությունները հրահրել են անհայտ դիպուկահարները, որոնք կրակ են բացել տանիքներից: Արդյունքում առնվազն վեց մարդ զոհվել է, մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ վիրավորվել: Լիբանանի բանակը զրահապատ մեքենաներ է մտցրել քաղաք և սպառնացել կրակ բացել ՝ զենքով փողոց դուրս եկած յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ուղղությամբ:
