POLITICSՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ուրբաթ հրապարակել է ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի մամուլի ասուլիսում ստացված լրատվամիջոցների հարցերին գրավոր պատասխանները, որոնցում անդրադարձ է ավել նաև Հարավային Կովկասին:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ կայքում ընդգծվում է, որ ռուսական կողմը ելնում է Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի և 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ի հայտարարություններում ամրագրված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների ամբողջական իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունից։
«Այսօր առաջնահերթ խնդիրներն են հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման գործընթացի մեկնարկը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի ապաշրջափակումը։ Այս ոլորտներում առաջընթացի ձեռքբերումը հնարավորություն կտա էական առաջընթաց գրանցել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործում»,-ասված է ԱԳՆ կայքում։
«Մենք հետևողականորեն ջանքեր ենք գործադրում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը կարգավորելու համար, որտեղ, ցավոք, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տեղի են ունենում զենքի կիրառման միջադեպեր, կան զոհեր։ Անհրաժեշտ է շուտափույթ ձևավորել և սկսել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանագծման, դրան հաջորդող սահմանազատման հարցերով երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք այս գործընթացում խորհրդատվական օգնություն ցուցաբերել Բաքվին և Երևանին։
Ինչ վերաբերում է գերիների խնդրին, ապա Ռուսաստանը ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է դրա լուծմանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ից ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ ընդհանուր առմամբ վերադարձվել է 146 գերի՝ 127-ը՝ հայկական, 19-ը՝ ադրբեջանական կողմին»,-ասված է Լավրովի պատասխանում։
