Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Միջազգային անվտանգության մոսկովյան X-րդ կոնֆերանսի մասնակիցներին ուղղված իր խոսքում ԱՄՆ-ին, ՆԱՏՕ-ին, «կոլեկտիվ Արևմուտքին» և «արևմտյան գլոբալիստական էլիտաներին» մեղադրել է սադրանքներ կազմակերպելու և եվրոպական անվտանգության փլուզման համար, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն։
Ռուսաստանի նախագահի խոսքով՝ արևմտյան երկրները ցանկանում են պահպանել «իրենց հեգեմոնիան»՝ սկսելով ռազմական հակամարտություններ։ Ռուսաստանն Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողություն է սկսել «ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությանը լիովին համապատասխան»։
«ԱՄՆ-ը և նրա վասալները կոպտորեն միջամտում են ինքնիշխան պետությունների ներքին գործերին, կազմակերպում սադրանքներ, պետական հեղաշրջումներ, քաղաքացիական պատերազմներ։ Սպառնալիքները, շանտաժը և ճնշումները փորձում են ստիպել անկախ պետություններին ենթարկվել իրենց կամքին»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։
2014 թվականին Ուկրաինայում իշխանափոխությունը, ըստ ՌԴ նախագահի, իրականացվել է ևս արևմտյան երկրների կողմից, և դրա նպատակը «հակառուսաստան» ստեղծելն է։
«Նրանք Ուկրաինայի ժողովրդի համար նախապատրաստել են թնդանոթի մսի ճակատագիր… աչք են փակել նեոնացիստական գաղափարախոսության տարածման, Դոնբասի բնակիչների ջարդերի վրա, Կիևի ռեժիմը զինել և շարունակում են զինել, այդ թվում՝ ծանր զենքերով»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
