Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Վրաստանի հետ սահմանին գտնվող Վերխնի Լարս գյուղում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, արտակարգ դրություն կմտցվի, Սոլովյով LIVE-ի եթերում ասել է Հյուսիսային Օսիայի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Մենյայլոն։ Նրա խոսքով, անցուղին արդեն փակ է Հյուսիսային Կովկասի բնակիչների համար։

Հանրապետության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ երեկվանից Վերին Լարսի անցակետում տեղակայվել է ուժեղացման օպերատիվ խումբ։ Մենյայլոն նշել է, որ սահմանին աշխատում են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակիցները և շտապօգնության մեքենան։
Ավելի վաղ մարզի ղեկավարի եւ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ Վերինի Լարսի անցակետում մոտ 3,5 հազար ավտոմեքենա է սպասում անցնելու։ Մենյայլոն նշել է, որ ընդամենը մեկ օրում ավելի քան 10 հազար մարդ հատել է Վրաստանի հետ սահմանը։
