ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներն ու ՄԽ համանախագահները հոկտեմբերի 29- ին կհանդիպեն Ժնևում
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների Իգոր Պոպովի (ՌԴ), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտինի (Ֆրանսիա) և Էնդրյու Շոֆերի (ԱՄՆ) հերթական հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, Ժնևում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին ասված է համանախագահների համատեղ հայտարարությունում:
«Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին համանախագահները Վաշինգտոնում հանդիպել են Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ, ինչպես նաև մասնակցել են արտաքին գործերի նախարարների և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ Սթիվեն Բիգանի հետ համատեղ հանդիպմանը: Հանդիպումներին մասնակցել է նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշչիկը:
Համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են արել անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել հոկտեմբերի 10-ի մոսկովյան համատեղ հայտարարության բոլոր ասպեկտների իրականացման ուղղությամբ՝ իրենց պարտավորություններին համապատասխան, որոնք վերահաստատել են հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Փարիզում: Համանախագահները նաև կողմերին հիշեցրել են ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ի համատեղ հայտարարության, ինչպես նաև Միացյալ Նահանգների պետական քարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի և Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Իվ Լե Դրիանի համատեղ հայտարարության մասին: ԱՄն պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն, Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Իվ Լե Դրիանը և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը կողմերին կոչ են արել անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները և վերսկսել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ առարկայական բանակցությունները ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո:
Ինտենսիվ քննարկումների ընթացքում համանախագահները և արտգործնախարարները քննարկել են անհապաղ հումանիտար հրադադարի իրականացումը, հրադադարի դիտարկման հնարավոր չափորոշիչները և հոկտեմբերի 10-ի համատեղ հայտարարության համաձայն համապարփակ կարգավորման հիմնական էական տարրերի քննարկման նախաձեռնումը: Համանախագահները և արտգործնախարարները պայմանավորվել են կրկին հանդիպել Ժնևում հոկտեմբերի 29-ին ՝ քննարկելու, ձեռք բերելու պայմանավորվածություն և սկսելու համաձայնեցված ժամկետներում իրականացնել բոլոր այն քայլերը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը հասնելու համար՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների կողմից ընդունված հիմնական սկզբունքներին համապատասխան»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
